Sports
Sports and games are beneficial to us . First, sports and games are good for our health. They can make us strong, prevent us from getting too fat, and keep us healthy. What's more, they can make our life richer and more colourful.
Jogging is now in fashion. Many people begin jogging because they believe it is very good exercises. It makes your stronger and helps you lose weight. It can also help you build up confidence in yourself.
Sports help to keep people healthy, make people wise, train people's characters ,and,above all, help people to live happily.
Playing table tennis is my favourite sport. I am so interested in it that I go to play it with my parents every weekend. I find playing table-tennis one of the effective ways to relax. It has not only build up my health but also my confidence in my study.
