Schedule for CQSS Open House Day of Qingdao No.9 High School

　　青岛九中2012年中考招生咨询开放日中加班体验课日程安排

　　Time: 9:00-16:50 April 29th & May 5th

　　时间：4月29日 & 5月5日9:00-16:50

　　Venue: 10-1 & 10-2 classrooms, CQSS building of International Department (Mingde Building)

　　地点：国际部教学楼 （明德楼）高一13班、高一14班

　　Programs on Open House Day are as follows:

　　开放日具体安排如下：

　　Morning: 上午：

　　9:00 a.m. - Formal presentation in 10-2 classroom. David gives a brief overview of the inclusion of the Canada Qingdao Secondary School (CQSS) into Qingdao No. 9 High School; b. Yvan briefly introduces the school program;

　　中加班推介会将在高一14班举行。届时将由国际部曲主任和加方校长Mr. Yvan Zebroff就九中CQSS项目作重要介绍。

　　9:40 a.m.-Formal Q & A. Yvan and David will answer questions one by one in front of all the participants.

　　正式问答环节。Yvan校长和曲主任将逐一回答家长们提出的问题。

　　10:00 a.m.-Visiting Parents and students can go to 10-1 to observe presentations about the studies and life in CQSS given by CQSS teachers and students; or stay in 10-2 to consult with relevant leaders and staff.

　　推介会结束。来访家长和同学们可到高一13班参加课程体验活动。CQSS教师和学生将和大家分享CQSS的学习和生活。也可以留在高一14班进行咨询。

　　10:10 a.m. – Start of CQSS presentations. 中加班课程体验活动开始。

　　10-1 classroom: 高一13班：

　　1. Difference between CQSS and Chinese program (in general)

　　学生代表介绍中加班特色以及与普通班的区别。

　　2. Canadian class demonstration

　　加方课程示范

　　* ESL     * Math    * Science

　　*对外英语 *数学     *科学

　　3. Students’ work: Garden, Newspaper, Video

　　学生成果展示：

　　学生菜园、中加班报纸、视频作业

　　4. Life in CQSS

　　学生将和大家分享在CQSS的学习和生活（PPT展示等）

　　10-2 classroom:高一14班：

　　Visitors meet with CQSS class teacher(s)and selected students to discuss daily life at CQSS/ Chinese courses. Video of daily life at CQSS will loop on a screen.

　　中方教师和学生将为家长们提供咨询服务，展示CQSS中方课程、英语阅读课刊

　　物、学生的学习和生活情况，循环播放相关影像资料。

　　11:15 a.m. –Start of Q&A. CQSS staff and students will answer questions from parents.

　　问答环节开始。中加班领导、老师和学生将在现场解答家长们的提问。

　　11:50 a.m.-End of Q&A. Break for lunch

　　问答环节结束。午饭时间。

　　Afternoon:下午：

　　14:00 p.m. –Formal presentation in 10-2 classroom.

　　下午推介会开始。流程同上。

　　15:00 p.m. - End of formal presentations.

　　推介会结束。

　　15:10 p.m. –Start of CQSS presentations. 中加班课程体验活动开始。

　　16:15 p.m.- End of CQSS presentations. Start of Q&A. CQSS staff and students will answer questions from parents.

　　中加班课程体验活动结束。问答环节开始。中加班领导、老师和学生将在现场解答家长们的提问。

　　16:50 p.m.-End of Open House Day. 开放日活动结束。

　　PS：It is agreed that programs from morning and afternoon are basically the same. If

　　you fail to attend the formal presentation in 10-2 at 9:00, you are suggested to go to

　　10-1 to talk with CQSS teachers and students there and then participate in the second

　　round of formal presentation at 14:00.

　　备注：中加班开放日上、下午的活动安排基本一致。如有家长在上午推介会开始

　　时未能到达高一14班，可先去隔壁高一13班与那里的加方老师和学生进行交流，

　　仍有机会参加下午的推介会。
