Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people face sleep issues. Staying up late for DIY projects makes some sleep too late. Loneliness causes trouble falling asleep. Some are disturbed by train whistles.
To sleep better, maintain a regular bedtime. Avoid phones—call a friend (but not too late). Don’t drink caffeinated drinks. Use noise - canceling headphones. Let’s value sleep for a happy life!
