Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people have sleep problems. Late - night cooking for supper makes some sleep too late. Over - expectation of results leads to trouble falling asleep. Some wake up due to bug bites.
For better sleep, go to bed at a fixed time. Avoid phones—admire the moon. Don’t drink coffee, as it keeps you awake. Use insect repellent. Prioritize sleep for a healthy body!
