Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people have sleep problems. Late - night gym sessions make some sleep too late. Over - confidence in work leads to trouble falling asleep (due to over - thinking). Some wake up due to power outages.
To sleep well, follow a regular schedule. Avoid phones—do light housework. Don’t drink coffee, as it delays sleep. Keep a flashlight handy. Prioritize sleep for a stable life!
