Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people face sleep issues. Staying up late for virtual meetings makes some sleep too late. Curiosity about new hobbies causes trouble falling asleep. Some are disturbed by elevator noises.
To sleep better, maintain a regular bedtime. Avoid phones—plan the next day’s tasks. Don’t drink caffeinated drinks. Use sound - proof earplugs. Good sleep starts with action!
