Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people have sleep troubles. Scrolling social media late makes some sleep too late. Over - planning the next day leads to trouble falling asleep. Some wake up due to uncomfortable beds.
For better sleep, go to bed at a fixed time. Avoid phones—they stimulate the brain. Don’t drink tea, which has caffeine. Choose a comfortable mattress. Good sleep starts with good habits!
