  Better Sleep

  Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people have sleep problems. Late - night studying or socializing leads to sleeping too late. Stress makes some have trouble falling asleep. Noisy surroundings wake others up.

  For better sleep, go to bed and wake up on time. Avoid phones—their blue light harms sleep. Don’t drink tea, which has caffeine. Keep the room quiet with earplugs if needed. Prioritize sleep!
