  Better Sleep

  Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people suffer from sleep problems. Late - night gaming makes some sleep too late. Anxiety causes others to have trouble falling asleep. Some are even woken up by noises, ruining sleep quality.

  To improve, set a fixed bedtime. Avoid using phones—they make the brain over - active. Don’t drink coffee, as it keeps you awake. Keep the room cool and quiet. Prioritize sleep for a healthier you!
