Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people face sleep issues. Some are used to sleeping too late, missing the best sleep hours. Some struggle to fall asleep, their minds full of worries. And a few wake up often, feeling tired.
For better sleep, stick to a regular schedule. Avoid phone screens before bed—read a book instead. Don’t have caffeinated drinks in the evening. Create a comfortable sleep environment with soft pillows. Good sleep habits bring more energy!
