  Better Sleep

  Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people have sleep problems. Some stay up too late, chatting online or watching videos. Others have trouble falling asleep, lying in bed for hours. What’s worse, some wake up frequently at night.

  To sleep better, go to bed and get up at a regular time. Avoid using phones before bed, as the blue light disturbs sleep. Don’t drink coffee or tea, which contain caffeine. Also, keep the bedroom quiet and dark. Let’s value sleep for a healthy life!
