Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, sleep issues affect many. Some stay up extremely late, working overtime or binge - watching shows, while others have trouble falling asleep, their thoughts wandering. Also, many wake up often, disrupting the sleep cycle.
To improve sleep, stick to a consistent schedule. Create a pre - sleep ritual, such as writing in a gratitude journal or doing gentle stretching. Avoid using phones and tablets before bed, as the blue light suppresses melatonin production. Don’t drink coffee or strong tea in the evening. Let’s value sleep and take steps to ensure we get the rest necessary for a healthy and fulfilling life!
