Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people encounter sleep problems. Some are hooked on late - night gaming or chatting, neglecting sleep. Others can’t fall asleep due to anxiety, and some are awakened multiple times, leaving them exhausted.
To achieve better sleep, establish a strict regular routine. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Before bed, engage in relaxing activities like listening to nature sounds or reading a soft - cover book. Avoid electronic devices as they emit blue light that disturbs sleep. Don’t consume caffeine after lunch. Prioritizing sleep can change our lives, so let’s all aim for better sleep!
