  Better Sleep

  Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, sleep troubles are prevalent. Some people have irregular sleep patterns, staying up all night and sleeping during the day, which disrupts daily life. Others struggle with insomnia, and some are disturbed by light or noise, waking up frequently.

  To improve sleep, maintain a regular schedule. Create a comfortable sleep environment with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Avoid using phones and computers before bed, as they stimulate the brain. Don’t drink coffee or strong tea in the evening. Good sleep is the key to a healthy life, so let’s take action to ensure we rest well!
