　　I am delighted to tell you something about the winter camp, the theme of which was healthy lifestyle. Before getting involved in it, I hardly ever felt well, either physically or mentally.

　　However, things changed for the better in the camp. All the participants were required to exercise every day by playing table tennis, badminton or running. Moreover, it was a normal routine to keep a balanced diet, which enabled me to feel energetic and get refreshed.
