　　In order to build up our bodies, a Greeting New-Spring long-distance race was held in Jingmen. I took part in it. Now I’d like to tell you something about it.

　　The race began at 9 a.m. on March 9th. About 12,000 people joined in it. I arrived there ahead of time. I ran along the Zhanghe Avenue with the other runners. It took me about an hour to finish running 5 kilometers. It was really a hard job, but I kept telling myself to stick to the end.

　　Although I was tired, l achieved a lot. Not only did it make me healthier and stronger, but also it strengthened my will. I will never forget this meaningful experience.
