if 引导的条件状语从句

1.引导条件状语从句最常用的连词是if, 意为“如果;假如”, 表示在某种条件下某事很可能发生。如:

If you want to go, please tell me.

If you want to know more about it, please telephone our teacher.

If the red light is on, wait a minute.

2.在 if 引导的条件状语从句中，if 和条件句位置灵活，可放在句首,也可直接放在主句后面，若 if 条件句放句首，从句后面要加逗号，和主句隔开。如:

Print the text if you like it.

If you like the text, print it.

Look at the blackboard if you can’t remember the words.

If you can’t remember the words, look at the blackboard.
