　　“最担心的症状”很容易表达成the most concerned symptom。

　　但是concern是“令人担心的”意思，concern的主语应该是symptom，宾语应该是“人”。

　　如果表达成the most concerned symptom，symptom就成了concern的宾语了。所以应该表达成：the most concerning symptom。

　　以下都属于原动词的宾语是“人”而非“物”，所以当它们变成形容词修饰“物”时应该加ing（主动）而非ed（被动）：

　　the most worrying aspect

　　the most satisfying results

　　the most surprising finding

　　the most interesting discovery
