　　定冠词the的用法小结

　　1、特指某些人或某些物

　　eg：take the medicine. / Beijing is the capital of China. / Where is the girl in red?

　　2、上文提到过的人或事

　　eg：He bought a house. I have been to the house.

　　3、指谈话双方都知道的人或事物

　　eg：Let’s go to the computer room. / It’s in the desk.

　　3、指世上独一无二的事物

　　eg：the sun, the earth, the sky

　　4、用于两个人或事物比较时起特指作用作用的比较级前

　　eg：He is the taller of the two boys.

　　5、与形容词或分词连用表示一类人

　　eg：the rich, the poor / the living

　　6、用在形容词最高级或序数词前

　　eg：the second, the biggest.

　　7、用在表示西洋类乐器的名词前，但中国乐器前不加the

　　eg：play the piano / guitar / violin / drums

　　8、用在姓氏的复数名词前，表示“一家人”，谓语动词用复数

　　eg：the Greens, the Chens, the Haos
