铁人三项运动(triathlon)是体育运动项目之一，属于新兴综合性运动竞赛项目。比赛由天然水域游泳、公路自行车、公路长跑三项目按顺序组成，运动员需要一鼓作气赛完全程。2000年成为奥运会项目，2006年成为亚运会项目。
