Early rising is a good habit for everyone. It is good for us in many ways.

 

　　Firstly, it helps to keep us healthy. We can breathe the fresh air in the morning. It‘s fun for us to take a walk along the street.Secondly, early rising helps us with our studies. When we get up very early in the morning, everything around us is quiet. In the morning we learn more quickly and memorize what we learn easily. Thirdly, early rising gives us enough time to get ready for our work, such as to wash our hands and faces and eat breakfast properly.
