Read the instructions. Point out the sample e-mail and ask a student to read it to the class.
Ask students to say some other things they might need help with. For example: clean the house, buy drinks and snacks, go to the store, sweep the floor, bring pictures. Write some of these requests on the board. Ask students to say each item as a polite request. For example, Could you help me clean the house? Could you bring some pictures?
