　　1. 本题满分20分，内容5分，语言8分，逻辑5分，书写2分，按5个档次给分；

 

　　2. 评卷采用整体评分的方式，评分时，首先考虑短文内容是否符合题目要求，根据其 任务完成的情况初步确定所属档次;然后按该档次的具体要求进行衡量,确定和调整档次， 最后给分5

 

　　3. 评分的主要参考指标为：内容的完整性、语言的得体性、组织结构的逻辑性、上下 文的连贯性，篇幅80词左右（允许字数上下浮动20词），其中内容要点可用不同方式表 达，鼓励对紧扣主题的适当发挥；

　　二档（13-16分）较好完成了试题规定的任务。有能力用自己的话表述观点，有围绕主 题的适当发挥，内容比较符合逻辑，覆盖了所有要点，组织结构比较清晰，表达意义的选词 贴切，标点、拼写大体上正确，语言较准确，不影响读者的理解。

 

　　三档（9-12分）基本完成了试题规定的任务。有一定的能力用自己的话表述观点，覆 盖了所有主要内容，意思基本连贯，但语言有一些错误（句子结构、动词时态、搭配、拼写、 标点等），表达基本清楚。

 

　　四档（5-8分）勉强完成了试题規定的任务。能写出一些可以表达要点的句子，但内 容缺乏连贯性，语法结构单调，运用词汇有限，有一些语法词汇方面的错误影响了对写作内 容的理解。信息未能较清楚地传达给读者。

 

　　五档（0--4分）未完成试题规定的任务。语言表述不清，语句单调，词汇使用有限， 错误很多，只有个别语句可读。未能将信息传达给读者。
